Return Policy + Procedure:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy + procedure below.
- REGULAR PRICED items brought back to the store or shipped back within 14 days receive a refund to the original payment method OR within 30 days for a store credit. Store credit for in store or online orders will be in the form of a VSB gift card emailed to you. App orders will be credited to your app account. At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for online orders.
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS and items discounted more than 30% off, jewelry, hats and cups ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND.
- All items must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION, unwashed and unworn. Items must be free of orders, pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant stains or similar stains. Tags must still be attached.
- Damaged or defective items must be brought to our attention within 2 days of purchase.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping on any returns AND the shipping for a replacement size if doing an exchange of sizes.
How to make a return online:
If your item(s) meets the above requirements, please click here to request a return & then, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account- in the Email field, enter your email address you placced your order with, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
- If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your package, if your package is postmarked less than 14 days after your order was received, we will issue you a full refund (minus the shipping label cost) If your package is postmarked more than 14 days after your order, we will issue you a store credit (minus the shipping label cost). If your package was sent back without a return approval, your package will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
- Example: if your total was $54.95 and we send you a shipping label (based on location and weight) that costs $6.95 then when you receive your refund, you will get $48.00 back!
- If your return is refused, we will send you an invoice to pay for the shipping back to you. If your invoice goes unpaid for 7 days, we will donate the item(s).
- EXCHANGES NOTE: we do not offer an exclusive exchange process. If you'd like to exchange a size, please mail your current size back to us and place your order for the new size. Once we get your return, we will refund/ credit you.
- Please note, if we find you requesting returns for 3+ orders in a row, we suspect that you may be abusing our policies and have the right to refuse a return. We pride ourselves on having a very low return rate, thus, we know our sizing descriptions and such are on very accurate.
Damaged/ Lost Items
- If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage and will not give you any type of credit toward it. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE or UPS.***
