IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS:
ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO PRODUCTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AS OF ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 3/23/2018.

We only accept returns if you have sent an e-mail in advance so we can ensure that your return or exchange is being handled correctly.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date.

Attempted returns after the 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. 

 

RETURNS
Because we offer free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you please include your packing slip in your return.

Items CANNOT be returned if they have been worn, washed, smell of cigarette smoke, have pet har or deodorant on them.

Items that are marked down (on SALE) are FINAL SALE. If you purchased a full priced item with a discount code, you can return these.

Accessories such as jewelry, bralettes and shoes CANNOT be returned.  

 

EXCHANGES
If an exchange for the same item in a different size is desired, we will perform the exchange if the item is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
 


STORE CREDIT
Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card. Store credit expires after 60 days. We will issue the store credit as soon as we receive your product back and inspect it to make sure it still has all tags attached and is still in the same condition as when we shipped it out.
 


DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. If you have worn and washed an item, we do not consider this a damage and will not give you any type of credit toward it. Please be conscious of the washing and care instructions located on the tags.  

 

PLEASE NOTE
If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged the shipping fee to send the item back to you. Please refer to the guidelines above to insure your product is eligible for return.
Please double check your shipping address when placing an order! Once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address. 
***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.***
